Pakistan Grants 3-Day Holiday for SCO Summit
In preparation for the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit, the Pakistani government has announced a three-day public holiday for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The decision, approved by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, aims to ensure a smooth and successful event.
All educational institutions and government offices in the twin cities will be closed from October 14 to 16 to accommodate the SCO Council of Heads of Government meeting, scheduled for October 15 and 16 in Islamabad.
